​Natural Language Processing

As the Product Manager for AllyO's NLP products, Ashwini is responsible for the NLP technology in the AllyO Recruit package and the AllyO Assist package.  AllyO Assist is an AI-powered HR assistant designed to deliver increasingly smart answers and equip candidates and employees with instant knowledge 24/7. The AllyO Assist algorithm has a 90% accuracy rate and excels at answering various types of questions with limited input data. This makes it very customizable, enabling each customer can set up their own questions & answers very quickly and include the types of questions & answers they care most about. Within the AllyO Recruit Package, Ashwini outlined and led the NLP 2020 product strategy,  extended FAQ support to Portuguese, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Russian, US English, Mex-Spanish, and expanded AllyO's NLP intent functionality to recognize names, phone numbers, emails, and locations to enable a more human like conversation experience. 
Capture & Apply
As the product manager for AllyO's Capture & Apply initiative, she has led the product vision, strategy, and launch of the Facebook Messenger channel enabling support for 20+ countries. Managed the launch of perpetual keyword routing, reducing churn, resulting in more than 307K new users, and enabling a 1.3 Million increase in ACV. She lead the market validation investigation for AllyO's Virtual Hiring Events solution. Most recently, she led the product execution and launch of Multiple Applications per Candidate support which is a huge platform enhancement to the AI Recruit Package that doubled the number of candidate applications supported by AllyO.
Internal Tools & Self Serve
Ashwini led product execution and launch of an internal tool to create surveys in international languages, enabling 600K in increased ACV. Additionally, she lead the release of an internal tool named Twilio Spin Up that enables all of the AllyO team to purchase Twilio phone numbers and MSIDs securely and easily. During the recent covid-19 pandemic, Ashwini was given the responsibility of outlining AllyO's reduce cost to serve strategy. During this process, she identified the most expensive areas of the AllyO workflow to identify areas for cost reduction and increase efficiency,
